An outdoor kitchen isn't a grill on a cart, it's a permanent structure that needs to survive rain, humidity, salt air, freeze-thaw cycles, and years of daily use. We build ours from marine-grade stainless steel, the same standard used in boat fittings, specifically because standard steel corrodes and warps outdoors over a few seasons. Everything is modular, so we can design a compact single-run layout or a full L-shaped or U-shaped kitchen with a grill, sink, refrigeration, and bar seating.
